2010 Annual Irwin ARC Arts & Crafts Festival October 30-31, 2010 Old Elementary School Highway 32 West/W. Fourth Street Ocilla, GA 31774 The Annual Irwin ARC Arts & Crafts Festival will be held at the old Irwin County Elementary School on West Fourth Street (Highway 32), two blocks west of town. This year's show will be for two days to celebrate our 50th year. All vendors must come for both days. Booths are assigned on a first-come basis. Prices are as follows:
If you will be operating out of a tent, the size of the tent will determine the number of spaces you will need. For example, if you have a tent that will not fit completely inside a 12 x 12 space (including stakes/tie downs) you will need to purchase two booth spaces. All entry fees go to benefit the Irwin County ARC's mentally and physically disabled individuals. Please note there is no alternate day for inclement weather. All entry fees are non-refundable! We do not send confirmations. Unless a committee member contacts you to the contrary, your application has been accepted. Arts and crafts items must be handmade; however, certain items may be accepted with prior approval. You must call or write for permission to display non-handmade items. In the event you do not request this permission and you set up for the festival with items that are not in good taste, your space will be rejected on the day of the festival without a refund.
ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST SEND PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE. FOOD VENDORS DO NOT HAVE TO CONTACT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOR FOOD PERMIT APPLICATIONS THIS YEAR. WE WILL SUBMIT A LIST OF **APPROVED VENDORS** TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOR THEM TO DO INSPECTIONS THE DAY OF THE FESTIVAL. Vendors may set up on Friday, October 29, beginning at 10:00 a.m. and on Saturday, October 30, before 7:00 a.m. No parking will be allowed on the grounds. Do NOT ask. This includes campers. Any vehicles in violation of this policy will be ticketed by local police. 2010 Arts and Crafts Application For information contact: Irwin ARC
